How do I see how long my equipment has been in use?

If you are using asset trackers to track your trailers and equipment, you can see how long they have been in use by viewing the Usage Hours Report:

1. Click Reports in the top of the window. Click Usage Hours on the left side.
2. Use the dropdown options to select a date range for data, or to select a specific group or asset. Click Show Activity.
3. For each piece of equipment you will see:
   • The start and end locations. Click the address hyperlink to open a pop-up window showing the map location of the address.
   • The start and end times.
   • The length of time of the trip.
   • How long the vehicle remained at the end location before beginning the next trip.
4. You can download the Usage Hours Report in an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel icon next to the Show Activity button.
