How do I see where my vehicle has been?

To see where your vehicles have been during the day, you can view the Trips Report. A trip starts when your vehicle’s ignition is turned on and ends when the ignition is turned off.

Trips can be split in two if they are still in progress when authorized hours for the day end, or if it continues into a second day (after midnight).

To see details on your vehicles trips, you can choose the Advanced Trips Report:

1. Click Reports in the top of the window. Click Advanced Trips on the left side.
2. Use the dropdown options to select a date range for data, or to select a specific vehicle, group, or driver. Click Show Activity.
3. For each trip you will see:
   • The start and end locations. Click the address hyperlink to open a pop-up window showing the map location of the address.
   • The start and end times.
   • The driver’s name, if assigned.
   • The length of time and distance of the trip.
   • Whether it occurred during authorized hours.
   • How long the vehicle remained at the end location before beginning the next trip.
   • Each trip broken out into additional activities, including idling.
   • Individual trip summaries.

You can also view a more condensed Trips Report:

1. Click Reports in the top of the window. Click Trips on the left side.
2. Use the dropdown options to select a date range for data, or to select a specific vehicle, group, or driver. Click Show Activity.
3. You can download the Trips Report in an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel icon next to the Show Activity button.
