Can I see what stops my vehicle made during the day?
There are two reports that will help you track the stops your vehicles make each day.
The Stops Report summarizes the stops your vehicles have made during a selected time period. A stop is triggered when a vehicle has not moved in at least 3 minutes.
To see the Stops Report:
- Click Reports in the top of the window. Click Stops on the left side.
- Use the dropdown options to select a date range for data, or to select a specific group, vehicle, or driver. Click Show Activity.
- For each vehicle you will see:
- Start and end driving times.
- Driver’s name, if assigned.
- Total stop time for each trip.
- The stop location. Click the address hyperlink to open a pop-up window showing the map location of the address.
- The geofence, if one was entered or exited during the trip.
- The stop type - engine off or idling.
- You can download the Stops Report in an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel icon next to the Show Activity button.
The Idle Activity Report summarizes the idle activity of your vehicles during the selected time period. An idle event is triggered when your vehicle’s ignition is on and it hasn’t moved in at least three minutes.
To see the Idle Activity Report:

- Use the dropdown options to select a date range for data, or to select a specific group, vehicle, or driver. Click Show Activity.
