How will I be notified when there is an alert?
You can set up notifications for yourself and other users in the system when an alert has been triggered:
- Click Setup at the top of the screen and choose General Notifications on the left side.
- Click the Add Notification button on the top right of the page.
- Choose a name for the notification.
- Select vehicles, drivers, or groups for which the notification applies.
- Choose which alerts you want for this notification.
- Choose the frequency with which you will receive notifications.
- Enter email addresses for those who should receive the notifications. (Note: notifications can be sent to any valid email address.)
- Designate which mobile app users should receive notifications. (Note: users must have the mobile app downloaded, and be logged in as an account user, to receive notifications.)
- Click Save.
