My tablet is not working correctly: Check the version of your ELD Data Service software

• Power the tablet on and from the black intro screen click the back arrow button (located at the bottom of the screen) to get to the ELD Data Service screen.
  
  
  
• Make note of the software version on the upper left corner. If the version number is less than 1.3.13, please call customer support and we will walk you through updating your devices.
