How do I certify and submit to begin driving?

After requesting DVIR, the driver will be prompted to certify and submit.

• If the vehicle is unsafe to operate, tap No.
• Tap into the notes box, explain why the vehicle is unsafe, and click Done.
• Change duty status to Off Duty.
• Process a post-trip DVIR and report the defects.
• If the vehicle is safe to operate, tap Yes and tap Done.
