Change your credentials to a permanent password: https://www.linxup.com/eld/
- NOTE: The initial username credentials were sent to the admin of your Linxup portal. You may need to ask that person to share the email.
Add your terminals.
Add your drivers.
Each driver needs an email to login to their tablet. If they do not have an active email address, you may use something like, "driverid@yourcompany.com" and "driverid" as the password. Let the drivers know what email was used; once the log in it will be saved.
Add your equipment.

Download this reference guide and distribute to each of your drivers.

IMPORTANT: Your drivers should switch to the new system during their 34-hour rest period.

It is important that they resolve any conflicts, or certify all existing logs on their current tablet, before they move to the new system.
Once everything is resolved on the existing tablet, the driver should log out of the tablet and remove the existing gps device. Then, plug in the new gps device, wait 1–2 minutes, and login to the new tablet.
The current tablet should be kept with the driver until the end of their cycle for roadside inspections. They will need to be able to show an inspector their prior log and can turn in the old tablet after one cycle.
